{"id":1646,"date":"2023-11-02T10:56:40","date_gmt":"2023-11-02T10:56:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ch-tanzania.org\/?post_type=nieuws&#038;p=1646"},"modified":"2024-05-02T10:56:56","modified_gmt":"2024-05-02T10:56:56","slug":"president-samia-signs-the-health-insurance-bill-for-all","status":"publish","type":"nieuws","link":"https:\/\/ch-tanzania.org\/sw\/news\/president-samia-signs-the-health-insurance-bill-for-all\/","title":{"rendered":"Rais Samia asaini Muswada wa Bima ya Afya kwa Wote"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" style=\"color: #003300\">Mpango wa bima ya afya ya umma usio na madhara ya kifedha kwa watu wenye ulemavu (PWDs).<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Kulingana na vyanzo kutoka gazeti la Mwananchi, Mwandishi Herieth Makwetta aliripoti kwamba mwezi mmoja baada ya Bunge la Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania kupitisha Muswada wa Bima ya Afya kwa Wote, Rais Samia Suluhu Hassan aliusaini kuwa sheria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Novemba 2, 2023, bunge lilipitisha muswada huo na kufanya historia, baada ya kushindwa kuafikiana kwa karibu miaka mitano tangu ulipofufuliwa mwaka 2018. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Taarifa iliyotolewa na Wizara ya Afya jana, Desemba 4, inasema kuwa muswada huo tayari umesainiwa na rais na utakuwa sheria rasmi baada ya kuchapishwa kwenye gazeti la serikali mwezi Desemba 2023. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Sahihi ya rais kwenye sheria inampa Wizara ya Afya jukumu la kutunga kanuni ili kuanza utekelezaji wa sheria hiyo, ambayo itawawezesha...<\/span> <span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Watanzania watapata huduma za afya bila vikwazo vya kiuchumi. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Ili kufanikisha hilo, kamati ya kudumu ya bunge kuhusu masuala ya afya na UKIMWI, ilisisitiza umuhimu wa kuwa na mfuko wa kugharamia bima ya afya kwa maskini, na serikali inapaswa kuusimamia ili kuhakikisha kila raia anapata huduma bora za afya.<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Kupitia sheria hiyo kutakuwa na utaratibu wa kutambua na kusajili kundi la watu wenye ulemavu (PWDs), kwa lengo la kuhakikisha wanapata huduma za afya bila vikwazo vya kifedha.
